- Q Can I attend the event in regular clothes instead of a swimsuit?

You’re welcome to attend the event in regular clothes. However, swimwear is required if you plan to enter the pool. Paid changing rooms are available inside the venue.

- Q Can I bring items like leisure sheets, chairs, or tarps?

Bringing leisure sheets, chairs, tarps, parasols, and similar items into paid areas is not allowed. Please use the benches provided in the venue and share them respectfully.

- Q Are there any items I cannot bring into the venue?

Tents, glass bottles, coolers, fireworks, firecrackers, and other hazardous items, as well as selfie sticks, glow sticks, laser pointers, and other items that may disturb other guests, are also prohibited in paid areas.

- Q Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted in paid areas. Thank you for your understanding.

- Q I lost my ticket. Can it be reissued?

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, even with proof of purchase. Please keep your ticket safe until the event day.

- Q I can’t attend anymore. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or changes are not possible.

- Q Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

Yes. Re-entry is allowed by showing your wristband, which you'll receive in exchange for your ticket at entry. Do not remove your wristband until the final date printed on your ticket has passed.

- Q Up to what age can children enter for free?

Children under elementary school age may enter for free with a guardian. Children elementary school age and above will need a ticket. Please note, guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.

- Q I accidentally removed or cut my wristband. What should I do?

Wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Without a wristband, you will not be allowed to re-enter the venue. If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be removed and possibly handed over to authorities.

- Q Can I take photos or videos of the performances?

No. Recording or photographing artists using cameras, phones, or audio devices is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in equipment confiscation, removal from the venue, and possible legal action.
